Realtime Products

Realtime endpoints address products by numeric ID. Bulk endpoints address them by slug. These are not interchangeable: an ID passed to a bulk call and a slug passed to a realtime call are both rejected.

This table is generated from the live catalog on every site build, so it always matches what GET /v1/products returns.

Pass these numeric IDs in product_ids. Realtime accepts IDs only — the slugs in the bulk table never work here. A request may select products from one series at a time.

This table is refreshed automatically from the live catalog on every site build.

The # column holds the value you pass. For a realtime product, that is the product’s id in GET /v1/products.

{ "product_ids": [49] }

The IDs shown above are the current ones. Products are added and retired over time, so treat this page — not an example copied from elsewhere — as the source of truth.

Every realtime product belongs to one series, phone or email, and a single request may only select products from one series:

  • a phone call (/v1/realtime/check/phone) takes phone product IDs
  • an email call (/v1/realtime/check/email) takes email product IDs

Mixing the two in one request is rejected as an invalid realtime request. The rule follows from what is being validated: a phone number has a country, an email address does not, so the two cannot share one verification pass.

You can pass one to ten IDs in a single call. Each selected product produces its own entry in results and its own charge, all under one request_id:

{ "product_ids": [49, 52, 54] }

More than ten IDs is rejected with invalid_realtime_request. To run more than ten checks for one identifier, send more than one request — each with its own Idempotency-Key.

Each product is charged at its own per-check price, including when a result is served from cache. The catalog endpoint deliberately exposes no pricing — GET /v1/products returns id, slug, name, name_translations, mode, series and min_phones, and nothing else. Current prices live on the pricing page in your account.
